We contract with UPS, EDI, UCL, and CTS to delivery all our orders. Credit Card approval must be received prior to processing in case.

Declare your shipping address if different from your billing address. 
Orders placed Monday through Friday will usually be shipped the same day, but overnight orders placed after 2 P.M. Eastern Time won't be processed until the following business day.
Delivery only occurs on Business days-Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Delivery is available on Saturday for an additional fee.
There are certain holidays that UPS does not pick up or deliver such as Memorial day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take an additional 1-2 days.

Return Policy:

We will gladly issue store credit within 30 days of purchase. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.)

Return Conditions:

1. All merchandise must be returned in the condition, which it was sent.

2. Products showing wear and tear will not be accepted for return.

3. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges.

4. No return accepted after 30 days of purchase.
